High School Culinary Challenge Awards Lunch, March 10, 2011 at the Shaw Conference Centre
held under the direction of Chef Simon Smutkowicz.
Progressive Foods Inc. donated the Quick Cooking Barley for the competition as well as the lunch. They served it as a Barley Risotto.
